Managed and guided a collaborative integration team through post-merger and divestiture activities for an international acquisition, completing critical transition milestones ahead of schedule. The team’s coordinated approach defined deliverables, mitigated operational risks, and built robust governance and milestone-tracking tools—ensuring smooth alignment across business units of a large paper manufacturing company during a high-stakes restructuring effort.

PMO Implementation for a Campus Expansion

Directed a cross-functional PMO launch and digital operations transformation to support a $5M+ campus expansion at an international school. Collaborating closely with leadership, the team developed project charters, scope documentation, and real-time Monday.com dashboards for tracking five high-priority initiatives. This effort streamlined communication, improved decision-making, and equipped executives with visibility into progress across all construction and operational workstreams.

Market Expansion & Strategic Planning Initiative

Advised executive leadership on business development and product roadmap strategy for a wellness formulation company and a retail innovation group. Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations, the team synthesized market research into strategic planning frameworks, developed prioritization matrices, and facilitated internal alignment workshops.
